Delaware is pretty oldschool. I'd take a look at Wyoming if that kind of stuff is of interest to you but at the point one wants to actually get to the money out i don't think it's possible to (legally) avoid taxes as it'll always at least be some kind of salary. From what i hear credit cards issued to the company with no visible identification used to be the (probably also not really legal) go to approach but those more or less disappeared.
My case is not about avoiding taxes, but being a bit more anon. But that is the same as tax fraud.
Why would it be tax fraud? Your (hypothetical) offshore company would be it's own legal entity, so as long as it is handling the money (according to the laws of wherever it's located) that has no implications for you personally (it'll obviously have to manage it's own accounts and all that). Things only get interesting once you personally get something out of it (be it by simply moving some of the capital to your own accounts or by paying yourself a salary or whatever).
Obviously local laws aren't the same everywhere and neither am i a tax expert/lawyer but the main point really is that your company is it's own legal entity and you being the owner not changing the fact that it's located abroad. If you want to hide your connection from the local government i agree that it's going to be tricky, since even if you don't have a problem with paying taxes on the income you'll have to somehow declare the origin setting them off to the fact that there is at least some kind of connection (depending on what's the given reason the company is paying you).
It's easy
Were do you want to conduct bussines US or EU ? We're are you from, iam going to assume you are from the Netherlands since our discussion above an LLC would be not a good option for you unless you want to conduct bussiness in the US. So let's assume you want to start your bussines in the EU and you are living in the Netherlands you can better setup a company in EU member state because most of the business you will be conducting will be in Europe. So you need to look for an member state without corporate income tax or a low value, Now we need to know your private situation are you married, do you own property how do you earn your money now, are you employed . These are al factors that are in play to find a good solution.
It's an LLC so if you not withdraw money to your personal account you don't have to report it. Because you will be tax filling for the LLC in the US.
In the EU we have something similar t> @kait said:

If you give away the 5 plants to the police, you will not be prosecuted.
