St-hosting is a solid choice for Germany.
dchost.com is not a reputable company. They abused our subnet and /24 ended up in Spamhaus for minimum of 6 months.
Another subnet they leased for a month and then disputed through Stripe explaining that they didn't use it (yeah, but they happily kept it for a month). I guess you can order hosting from them using this logic and request refund after a month if you don't use it.
