I'm looking for something with at least 1GB of RAM, 2TB of traffic, and IPv4. I prefer not to commit to a yearly payment plan. It'd be cool if it's an hourly server, but that's not a dealbreaker.

Also, I'd rather not go for the big-name providers like Hetzner, OVH, or Vultr. Thanks!

From the tests I've done, it doesn't seem like they're that bad, but seems average.
Comparing to Internetport, around 5ms added latency from all locations (12ms vs 16ms to Helsinki, 24ms vs 30ms to Moscow, ...)

And for the price, I wouldn't complain tbh.

I'll take a deep look today. EDIT: Everything seems to be fine now actually. Traceroute to 1.1.1.1 for example only takes 8ms now vs 30ms it took the other guy on the other post.
Latency from VPSs on the same network seems to be 14ms, always. Have no clue why, but I can reproduce the same with other providers too.
Do not rely on ICMP as they seem to be doing some sort of filtering. TCP pings result in around 14ms vs 36ms that ping reports.
I can agree it doesn't seem like the best network out there, because you can't really get sub 5ms to other providers within Stockholm, but seems reasonably well for me.
