Well, this isn't really a support channel and posting a YABS don't help me much without knowing which node you are on :)

I see a ticket has just been opened not long ago so I can look into it now.

Well, it is less for you and more for potential buyers.

Clearly results are not as they should be, and if I do not get notified then I might not always catch the issue immediately. So unless your comments are purely to deter users then sure, just post the comment. But if you'd like the service to perform as intended, then opening a ticket is the best choice :-)

In this case, a client seemed to have been hogging 50%+ of the available resources across a few services. That should have been taken care of mostly and results should improve from here on.

  • @labze is always quick to work on issues as soon as possible! Hats off to him!

@labze , Will you be offering VPS ssd and storage in Singapore location?

The new Singapore Reseller directadmin after Migration from Contabo has a much faster speed which is pretty amazing!

  • @labze do you have any plan to offer plesk reseller hosting?

    invoice #19007, Thanks

Just the 25% off was nice, but the double ram was what got me to order. So lets see how it works

  • Any chance to add additonal block storage to the flash deal?

I see a ticket has just been opened not long ago so I can look into it now.

Well, it is less for you and more for potential buyers.

Clearly results are not as they should be, and if I do not get notified then I might not always catch the issue immediately. So unless your comments are purely to deter users then sure, just post the comment. But if you'd like the service to perform as intended, then opening a ticket is the best choice :-)

In this case, a client seemed to have been hogging 50%+ of the available resources across a few services. That should have been taken care of mostly and results should improve from here on.

I only seek to represent my experience, which I think others would find helpful. I refuse to believe I am the only one who has suffered from service abuse or that it has never happened before. If you don't have reliable safeguards to automatically control abusers and instead rely on user reports, then it should be known. I have no concerns about how this would affect your business. I have no stake in your business nor your competitors'.

With that said, it seems the issue is promptly resolved after issuing a ticket. So kudos to the technical support.

Sorry chaps, noob here ..... can I just double-check if I can run a few VMs on these plans as VM-x/AMD-V is enabled? Or is that a no-no in the VPS work with the provider, or most in general when they have VM-x/AMD-V enabled? Also, docker containers?

    Thanks

You can create VMs within the VPS, however you'd have to either purchase additional IPv4, configure it for IPv4 NAT or use IPv6.

Looks like 9454P is under attack? The control panel is no longer able to get information, and packet loss is at 90%.

Something must be sorted out. (https://my.hostbrr.com/)

    This account has been suspended.
Either the domain has been overused, or the reseller ran out of resources.

This has been sorted. I've been using BuyShared as a host for the website but seems like billing messed up during the namecrane transition.
