2/3 Gbps is not gonna happen with a HDD, indeed, but we're flexible and can change it with a 500GB SSD for €20 extra.
Scenarios can be different. I don't need more than 10gb drive, still i can easily eat 100TB+/month because torrents operations in RAM for my business. Can't tell more.
