I wish I found this post more earlier before I purchased their VPS product --- The uploading speed is only 100KB/s and the CPU is running at 1000Mhz !!!
And they refused to refund after I contacted them several times.
(They claimed that "promotional servers are non-refundable")
The VPS product is the 4GB Valentines KVM VPS (NewYork only)
I'll share the actual experience on more online forums to help others avoid the trap.
