Seems like a dodged a bullet honestly. The other thread also was an eye opener. If there are so many complaints perhaps you need to change the way you do business.
c1v can't get a break
Oh, another LET drama...
Without being ashamed I use a couple of c1vhosting vps. And I'm ok with them. In my experience, the service is not better and not worst than other providers I found here on LET. (Ok, I am a bit new in the world of vps).
Yes c1v is not Oracle, it's not Digital Ocean, but hey, aren't we on a "Low End" forum? Ok, c1vhosting could do better, he could be a little bit more communicative and clear. (Hey you are not a big corporation, you don't run an IXP, but it's fine anyway).
Btw, sorry but just because some of us had a bad experience, this doesn't mean that it is a scammer. Otherwise, everyone selling something is a scammer (I had a lot of bad experience with big companies).
Just a question from someone looking at this from the outside (I'm curious, but prefer not to get involved. Please know that you do not have to answer if you don't feel like it. Its just my own personal curiosity)
Question: On one hand i am seeing you advertise stuff like "AI cloud revolution" when it comes to vps (according to the website) and on the other hand you the claim has been made that its essentially a ready-made third party module (modulesgarden) and proxmox. I am not sure how that goes together.... Could you give us some insight?
Hello @c1vhosting, nice shill account you got there
Hello SGraf!
The MG module is useful to automatically create the Virtual Machine on the Proxmox host.
Our software is on the Proxmox host interacting with some values defined for each vm.
That does sound interesting!
Can you give us some insight into what your software does? I am curious as i really appreciate innovation in the field of hosting/it-services.
On a different note/thought... if i may make a recommendation.... You have spent all this resources/time working to opt-mise on the hypervisor side. Why not just build your own provisioning module? Again just curiosity.
He does not understand your text or question. Be simpler.
@c1vhosting you are accused with false advertisement. How do you plead?
Please do not add any interpretation like that into my question. I did not mean to imply what you have stated!
If i want to accuse someone, then i can just post it/call it "as i see it". And as i did not.... It was just a question so i can satisfy my own personal curiosity.
So you are not asking him where is that AI cloud revolutionized part which he advertise?
I asked what it does and how it goes together.
Personally i like turning things into "win-win" situations. So let me explain...
On one side of the coin:
...Maybe he has some technology i would be interested in. (the "AI" component.)
On the other side of the coin:
I do have some custom provisioning modules/logic for proxmox that can integrate into blesta and whmcs. (i did develop this for the mrvm aquisition originally).
I also have developed some custom tooling for orchestrating kvm and lxc on plain "debian" without adding the overhead of a management panel/... that can integrate with blesta.
The way i see it:
If we both have amazing things we developed, why not look into a partnership/exchange of code/ideas....?
Yeah let’s get in touch
We’re building our own website code. That includes Provisioning module
It looks interesting!
The importance of free speech
TBH, I don't care
The customer paid for a service, and the provider gave them what was promised. That's all, no fuss, no drama. The customer doesn't need to know your whole dramatic situation.
Let's think logically here, if you can't provide the service because of a serious technical issue, wouldn't it make sense to temporarily close the order page until it's fixed? And maybe think about giving a refund since the problem is on your side.
It’s not a permanent problem but rather just a temporary one (where technicians are working).
Idk what's going on with your website but it does this to my CPU.

We’re working on a new website.
@c1vhosting you need to clean things up, right away.
By now for anything he replies: We're working on *
I would like that see that any provider which finds it normal to provide refunds after 90 days, is not welcome on here.
Also refund policies, infrastructure details (datacenter) and number of employees being more than a 1-man-band should be a normal thing to share
I would be happy to buy without refunds, but not like a**hat 1-euro-vps beggar from italy
Hire someone competent for once.
Are you a developer?
After waiting for a few days, many cigarettes and nerves, I received my vps, which in the first tests works very smoothly, beyond my expectations. now we will see you in the future
I think that isnt correct that one provider ( with some problems and slow delivery time ) was called as scam.
@pedala ask to change your tittle
Really? Are you almost sick for a €1 per month vps? Omg
