Overall a sleek experience. A few things I noted.
Firstly, I deployed an hourly billed VM, and there is a large "Change to monthly billing" button directly next to the other operating buttons, without a confirmation dialog. so I clicked the change to monthly billing, and instantly converted to monthly. a modal should definitely ask for confirmation.
Also, after converting the VM to monthly billing, it instantly took $4 from the account balance for the month, plus the additional hourly rate, I assume the billing date get's moved to 1 month from now when converting?
And, not sure how best to deal with this case, but I destroyed the VM after it being converted to monthly, and it allowed me to, and kept the money for the month. I think either don't allow a user to destroy a monthly billed VM (but allow for suspension request at end of billing cycle), or partial refund (with a -10% deduction so it can't be abused using monthly billing, instead of hourly.)
