my smokeping didn't show any packet loss on this new location for 24 hours

standard deviation is worse today than yesterday
Personally I would like to see 512MB-1GB RAM = 12/y
When I tried their MD location they had trouble with ddos protection.
When it kicks in (and my IP was never attacked, personally) whole UDP traffic was null routed and so was my UDP using software.
the network didn't feel great today

MD or SE?
@zGato SE
Hi, Dear 0ka
Can you open a ticket support and provide full details.
I notice you have two servers from us, MD and SE.
Can you specific in ticket each single issue, to our team check it?
Regarding SE, we are fixing IPv6 this must be temporary. We recently changed something in the hardware.
For this reason, you can open a ticket support and provide full details, like screenshots, logs, traceroute, MTR?
We will check and we will try to fix anything.
Alexhost
Hi, Dear borowsky.
We use Voxility Anti-DDoS Protection, when we have an DDoS Attack, Voxility blocks UDP traffic.

Hi, Dear Emgh
Well, you said you expected competitive prices, now you say we are a provider for small budgets?
Which web hosting you had with us? Shared Hosting Yearly packages or the LiteSpeed ones? We improve our network recently and now we have RETN connected and few more. (Since you didn't mention the date you had with us)
Before doing anything, we checked the market. And of course we had a bit conversation with Inleed before doing anything.
This is what they shared with us, also our Datacenter in Sweden is not "small" as you may think. We sent our hardware to them.
This is what they shared with us:

The problem here is that what you say is cheap is expensive for many. It all depends on the person.
We try to have the best prices, but without going overboard. We understand that there is competition. But we can't make prices too cheap either, that would be bad for us.
We chose the location and before we did we analysed the market and what was available, so obviously prices also dictate the final result. As you can read, there is another user who mentions having good results with the datacentre we currently use.
Regarding ICANN, that's our domain registrar, OpenProvider.

@alexhost most of the points you responded to was about Inleed, not alexhost
Thanks for the picture though
We answered also your questions about us also.
We are in the exotic Location, the electricity price is not very friendly.
We do have Colocation in our Datacenter, if anyone wishes to have a Colo with us, you can visit us any time, just need to schedule and we are ready to go.
About your experience you had with us, you didn't answer about which service you had with us, also our Support answers quickly, less than <2h usually in minutes. Moldova timezone.
We also answered your question about ICANN. We use OpenProvider for domains.
When I read Tällberg, it was almost clear to me that it must be a dc in the inleed environment.
@alexhost you still don’t get it honestly, but it’s all good
you would have to compare yourselves with the inleed vps... these are underground in terms of gb6
Uuups! Sorry, you are right. Our mistake and we assume it.
About Inleed ICANN, you must ask them. We don't use Inleed domains for selling, so about that point we don't know.
About your old past with their Web Hosting, we can't speak for themselves.
Now about Upstreams, we will see about Telia and Others. What you expect to see more? We love to receive feedback.
Alexhost
Can you tell more about that? You are talking about our VPS Sweden Plans vs Inleed plans or in overall?
We're open to receive feedback about our service and products.
Alexhost
Both your MD and SE plans are overpriced. I already told you a provider in DMs that is more reliable and offers Ryzens at your same price or even lower (offer price vs standard price)
I finally got a VPS with you in Moldova, not impressed, there's network issues. Your support is fast and nice though
EDIT: they're also in Interxion, instead of some random datacenter.
give me trial of your vps and i can compare it with inleed vps.
@alexhost NP. I’ll send you a DM to not bloat your thread
Hi,
We will review it and we will send a PM with a VPS.
Alexhost
Sure, you're welcome.
We appreciate feedback

Any information what is managed VPS ? So you only make an apt update && apt upgrade and charge 10 Euro for that ?
You have that information in Managed VPS page.
We don't advertise Managed VPS here, because most of LET users aren't interested in such things.
For that reason we advertise Unmanaged rather than Managed.
Alexhost
If you are still interested, currently we aren't offering 30% OFF, but we are offering 15% OFF in many services!
Use the coupon code: EASTER15
