I'm buying 4 DDR3 memory banks, each with these specs:

  • 4GB
  • 1066 or 1333MT
  • unbuffered / unregistered
  • ECC
  • branded

If anyone can ship to me in Italy, I'm paying with PayPal (friends and family) if the price is fine.

    I resolved the situation by buying a preassembled set of motherboard + cpu + memory instead of the parts individually. I got this Supermicro + Intel E3-1245 v3, 101€ total. An okay price without much expectation of performance, it just needs to stay on 24/7 without crashing overnight à-la Hetzner style. Still an upgrade compared to my previous computer.
