    Not when there's money involved. People expect the fully functional service they pay for. They knew that one of the main distros had been broken since a month ago and they are still offering it. That's negligence.

    We have updated the Debian 11 image, and now it's working as it should, ssh is enabled by default.
    If you need Debian OS, please reinstall your OS from the panel or open a support ticket and we can do it for you.

    That's not guessing game. I obviously won't waste my time with temporary random OS and them move my stuff to Debian.
    From what I see you were well aware of this issue for weeks. And now the same with IPv6. Imho. you're not service ready...

    Sorry for the issue. We've solved this issue last month on our LXC nodes from Phoenix, but we needed to fix it on the Romanian nodes as well.

    Hello @pedala , thank you for your kind words.
    Indeed, every starting business needs support and encouragement and for this we thank you, it's also true we should have paid more attention to this error because this is a default error directly from the Virtualizor, every Virtualizor install comes with this bug.
    Having this issue in the past with our first location and having it fixed, we assumed that it was globally fixed because this was part of our discussion with them. We knew about the problem, but we also knew it was solved, this doesn't excuse the fact that we didn't test the installation. Most of our customers use Ubuntu, and this is why Debian slipped without a test. At the moment when we started having complaints here, we had already sold and put in use many VPS servers and none had any complaints, that is why we didn't think we had a problem. Usually, with so many sales, it's most probable that all distros are being put to use. This time the unexpected happened and none of our customers had any need for Debian. (Multumim @pedala )

    @FranzVonVirMach I know this answer will probably not be satisfactory for you, but honest truth never hurts anyone. We truly give 110% here, offering the best services and best prices we can, and I am sure this is something that will give us a good reputation and not this small incident. Every business has some bumps and if this could be our worst bump we would be very happy with that.

    A few days ago I bought the promotion of 6.5 per year, is it possible to buy more bw (tb)if needed?

    Bought one in Europe. So far it looks interesting because of the price, but there are already some problems:

    1) Debian 11 template doesn't work ie you can't use debian 11 yet.
    2) Old templates in general Debian 11 (Debian 12 is already available); Ubuntu 20.04 (22.04 is already available and in a couple of months 24.04 will be available).
    3) Geo info not full DB-IP, IPGeolocation.io think ip belongs to NL, not Romania
    4) Impossible to create a swap yourself
    5) No option to check Geekbench
    6) old kernel
    7) no IPv6
    8) angristan WireGuard script did not work. (LXC is not supported (yet). WireGuard can technically run in an LXC container, but the kernel module has to be installed on the host, the container has to be run with some specific parameters and only the tools need to be installed in the container.)
