Is there any information available regarding the Plesk login panel from them? Because until now, I haven't been able to access my account.
I submitted a support ticket on January 1st, but I haven't received any response from them until now.
Do a chargeback/open a dispute on PayPal. My ticket is open since December. They aren't replying. They only closed the ticket. Since they aren't able or won't resolve the problems, I contacted PayPal for a refund.
Their Plesk license issue is still ongoing today. No answer for ticket.

If paid via PayPal just to a chargeback. Provide details on the license issue you are having and PayPal will be refund.
