Although I purchased their products, due to some word-of-mouth discussions, I don't really want to host the content on their servers!

Now this going serious. A discussion thread which I started off very long ago (even before joining the firm) is now being considered for the business?
I must clarify, this account was my personal account (with different username) and for my personal testing purpose I did posted that thread. After joining InfraveoCloud, I made a username change request (that I guess @DP may be able to see) and started off InfraveoCloud's journey on LET.
I don't think that has anything to do with our business here.
Also, Yes we are INDIAN merchant. Is there anything bad about it? We never advertised ourself as other origin anyway anywhere because we are proud of it.
I know where is this coming from now, watching our LET thread somebody posted the offer in a chinese forum and stated us as "japan" provider, assuming the server is from japan, considering us as japanese.

But your web host promoting the Japanese route is using a junk route service to the United States! This is shameful!
Because many buyers have purchased services from Indian merchants and have a history of bad experiences before, it makes sense to treat them with caution!

If that was the case, you must have asked for the LG / Test IP before purchasing and must have checked this on your own. Purchasing the node and asking for a refund with no reason is just not justified.

Intentionally using confusing product introductions to make people purchase without a refund is not considered fraud?
All host providers will provide testing services before purchasing!
I request you to read the BlackFriday Thread's First / Second post and read the How it Works section. Also, I request you to read the ToS of our website. We have clearly mentioned the refund thing there.
Even with that said, we already have the auto-cancellation refund automation in place and your transaction was already refunded the moment you canceled the subscription. What else we can do for a better customer experience?

That's what I have been explaining. Shared the traceroute as well.
Most of the purchasers here are veterans and could simply ask for LG/traceroute/test-IP instead of bashing after purchase.
I saw signature of @DavidAtInfraveoCloud which revealed that they have Indian datacenter too. I contacted them and got one from Indian datacenter. Most of the sellers go extra mile here on the forum to support customers.
I am from India and feeling low casue of the reputation issue, but trust me, NOT all Indian host are same.
I believe in you! There are also many Indian friends in our country! It is the historical reputation of the IDC industry that has caused it, not that we were worried about Indian merchants from the beginning! Wishing you all the best!
The website looks slick. Pricing could be better and as pointed out by @FairShare about their Indian datacenter, I wish that was mentioned too. There is a dearth of Indian DC providers. Only thing I disliked was that they sell SSL instead of offering a free option.
Also shameful to see LET members indulging in tribal behaviour and making a huge deal of the provider's country of origin.
We made an exclusive offer for @FairShare, only to the LET members who ask for it.
Also, the SSL is free to all the members on all the plans. However if somebody needs a paid one they can buy it, OV/EV stuff
