cPanel is more well known to the average user, and seems to be more trouble free than DirectAdmin. It's a preference in the end, the price can be quite an advantage to directadmin as you can create unlimited sub accounts where cPanel is pay per account.
Most billing solutions should provide documentation on how to do this. We don't have a knowledgebase for it. But will gladly assist with any issues you should have.
I prefer Directadmin over cpanel is my opinion, but I just like the software and their support team members were cool when I've set small environments. I used and managed cpanel/whm with a company I worked for in the past, its alright, but recent years their licensing structure is killing margins for anyone trying to sell a budget service. Cpanel was/is? a gold standard for a lot of massive webhosts so its what a lot of customers and end users are used to seeing.
They're both easy to work with and as a reseller you won't see anything much of the administration side of either platform - which is why it's very valuable to resell though someone who cares about their product, can support you, have backups and enable you to backup your customer's data. Directadmin has better future outlook for cost (even with their recent licensing changes) and their support is great. It's really a tossup. They're both reputable panels and easy on end users that are able to read / are literate.
go with @labze
thats not even reseller hosting.....
Why not?
hostbrr is great and buyshared too but I want to know if there are any other whmcs + reseller options
I've checked brixly, a2hosting, host4geeks and asurahosting
I just want something small, nothing big.
hey got any monthly discounts?
I don't wanna commit so ya, If I do well then I'll continue.
It is recurring on any billing cycle
Can always start monthly and switch to longer for even more discount.
are there any web hosting reseller providers that let us resell more than 1 location in a single plan? My budget is 3-5$ monthly, Minimum I expect like 25-30 gb storage but hope for 50gb at least, I found hostbrr amazing but I just incase would like to know if there's any host that lets us resell more than 1 location by just paying once instead of needing to get 2 different reseller plans.
Let me know.
I can be your reseller, what do you want ?
what I'm looking for exactly is atleast 50gb disk, 25 accs and probably unlimited domains and subdomains and a good amount of bandwidth and I don't think rest of the limits matter
I like plesk but idk how costly it is, cpanel is out of the question cuz its expensive unless you can do it in the price I mentioned above.
then there's DA
plesk is free for 10 domains then you have to pay, i can install virtualmin or any other free panel that you like, what for website you gonna host how much ram and cpu power do you need ?
Check out MzunguHosting: https://mzunguhosting.ml/
hosting and disk and network is fast my man
uhh I actually do not know much about that, I'm just comparing hostbrr. (I'm going to be experimenting first as it'd be my first time before going live)
And I want to use a known panel like DA
why does the page look like that lol
might just go with hostbrr, they're in my budget.
Lol we dunno what you want, then we can also not offer you something
if you no what you want let us know
I told you what I want
I compared my needs by seeing hostbrr, I also told you this is my first time so I have no idea about the speed and stuff, I noticed some providers mention about 2 cores and 2gb ram per hosting account but I didn't think much of it as I noticed not every host mentions it in their reseller plans.
Depends on what you are going to host.
What? what do you mean? I'm looking for reseller plans. Thats what the title says too.
With what specifications ?
Mate I already told you,
what do you mean?
50 gb disk
25 accs
unlimited domains
and the rest limits idc
Just buy a VPS and install virtualmin or some other free panel then you have what you want
why would I do that when I specifically said I want reseller plans?
bercause you dont want to pay for Cpanel or Plesk that is the reason why people buy reseller hosting. So the cheapest option for you is now to buy a VPS and install a free control panel then you can add as many accounts as you like or let somebody do it for you. How is the minecraft server going ?
From my webmaster experience, end-customers don't care about the panel as long as their web sites are online.
Track it with Hetrix or some other tools, any decent reseller provider will do the job.
The key point is to deliver nice website with cache and optimisation well parametered.
I'm very happy with racknerd on their French server.
the strategy is to adopt a broader plan to avoid over-consumption of resources ...
A win win deal that's still cheaper than most reseller plans, and I can sleep soundly at night.
no the cheapest option is not a vps, the best and cheapest option is a reseller plan. Hostbrr is the best example, they have plans starting from 3$ for just 50gb
And if you read properly I said I was fine with DA
I've seen many start with reseller plans and move to vps after growing
Great, thanks for your insight, I appreciate it.
Oke man good luck
I'll go with hostbrr, they seem to be the cheapest option.
