    @noaman I think they are on autopilot and about to deadpool. Hopefully @DavidAtInfraveoCloud will be along to prove me wrong, but with...

    1. No replies to tickets that have been there for a few weeks
    2. No replies on livechat
    3. Services ordered a week ago not provisioned - ticket sent days ago, no reply.
    4. Plesk licence issues
    5. Shared hosting on zenithium.infraveocloud.com is still reachable, but has been up and down more often than a tart's knickers over the last few days.

    ... its not looking good.

    i ordered on 25th of november. Since 24th of december i cannot use the webhosting ive ordered since you arent using a legit plesk license.

    Is there any information available regarding the Plesk login panel from them? Because until now, I haven't been able to access my account.

    I submitted a support ticket on January 1st, but I haven't received any response from them until now.

    Do a chargeback/open a dispute on PayPal. My ticket is open since December. They aren't replying. They only closed the ticket. Since they aren't able or won't resolve the problems, I contacted PayPal for a refund.

    Their Plesk license issue is still ongoing today. No answer for ticket.
    Why @DavidAtInfraveoCloud has kept provider tag?

    They are deadpooled radio silent. Plesk panel issue still isn't sorted.

    luckily i have another provider (hopefully not summerhost) with similar deal...

    just disappointed :(

    If paid via PayPal just to a chargeback. Provide details on the license issue you are having and PayPal will be refund.

    While I agree its not worth your time to do a chargeback for such a small amount.
    Its more of a retribution and preventing running a scam business practice in future here at LET. Lets not to say they will not try with different name
