IPv4 to ipv6 tunnel

My home internet only has a public ipv6 and I need to access my home server via wireguard. Ipv6 is working just fine but some networks do not support ipv6.
My idea is to run a cheap VPS with an ipv4 and ipv6 to connect via ipv4 to the vps and forwards my connection to my ipv6 only wireguard.
6tunnel should be able to do this but no update since 4 years and I need UDP.
Socat seems to be able to do this.

Which vps provider is suitable for my needs?
Is there maybe a better way to accomplish this?

Run 1.1.1.1 app on your client machine and you'll have IPv6 everywhere.
you can do it on our servers
Not sure about that.

Does this mean the connection is unstable?
Not working on Android. 1.1.1.1 app is a VPN as wireguard

Looks promising but I am unable to change the DNS server to a Ipv6 one on Android
Use a nat64 provider with dns over https then e.g. https://nat64.tuxis.nl/
Even if provider doesn't support IPv6?!
you can

You can use our VPN, read my signature.
We have dual stack VPN
I've successfully used 1.1.1.1 Android app on:
In all these cases, I can access IPv4 + IPv6 outbound, for both web browsing and SSH.
