IPv4 to ipv6 tunnel

My home internet only has a public ipv6 and I need to access my home server via wireguard. Ipv6 is working just fine but some networks do not support ipv6.
My idea is to run a cheap VPS with an ipv4 and ipv6 to connect via ipv4 to the vps and forwards my connection to my ipv6 only wireguard.
6tunnel should be able to do this but no update since 4 years and I need UDP.
Socat seems to be able to do this.

Which vps provider is suitable for my needs?
Is there maybe a better way to accomplish this?
