We put in a considerable amount of effort behind the scenes in building out our support team and our processes, and it's rewarding to see this translate to real-world customer satisfaction. We also recently hired on a new Operations Coordinator as well (with over 10 years industry experience), so a lot of good stuff happening behind the scenes to make sure our customers are well taken care of. We're not perfect, no human is - but one thing for sure is that we definitely care for our clients' success, and we'll always there for our customers (true 24x7 availability).
We're definitely not resting on our laurels - we will continue to innovate and expand

That's so good to hear. Congratulations on the new hire as well. I contacted support for setting up PTR records and they replied within 15-30 minutes. Wasn't expecting that kinda support for a VPS I got $14/year. Mindblown!
I know about hosts that charge 5-10X that and still take 2 days to reply to simple requests.
