Happy birthday!
Not to ruin the party, but a genuine question: does that mean that at any point calin could have "legally" deadpooled, since in most countries, minors can't really sign legally binding contracts themselves? If so, are the hosting contracts now enforceable after the birthday, or would you have to cancel the existing "contract" and start a new one to make it binding?
If the hoster is in a different country, it would be hard to actually enforce them anyway in most cases, but if you are in the same country/economic region as the hoster, you could at least attempt to get your money back.
Happy birthday Calin!

In Romania it seems minors 14+ have some, limited legal capacity and can be held criminally responsible. I would expect contracts agreed to remain legally enforceable.
I wish you Al good luck with this, I think most people here are from the USA were suing people will sometimes let you aquire a great amount of wealth, this is not the case in europe. (Only when you are a government or multinational)
I have no doubt suing would be rather pointless in this case, whether Europe or US. I’m simply responding to the comment about whether existing contracts may be enforceable.
