    Since there is no panel, how do we know what node a server is on? I'm in the same situation as @supersang, but ongoing a bit longer. You replied to my ticket mentioning something about it being due to waiting on more HDDs to be delivered, which I didn't really understand since it was working before some change on the back end.

    @user123 it's write on panel , on what storage are you situated, approx 2 days ago our mdadm raid start be go offline (no lost,crashed or other similar things) just go offline , when we try to resync , after reached 98.60% start back offline again , that happened because more HDDs have bads on this and we try to change

    Ah, thanks for explaining the RAID issue.

    I haven't had access to any panel. No panel is linked in my account and the control panel link that was emailed for updating IPs with the IP change has also been offline when I tried connecting to it this week.

    Thanks, the last one worked. The uptime status page shows that node is online and the panel shows VPS uptime as being several days. The VNC console says the server is in emergency mode. I think I finally understand now. xD

    tl;dr I need to wait another few days before I can access my server
