  • I'm so glad I just found this thread. I was about to purchase 2 annual servers with BatuCloud. That sounds like trouble. Is there any reliable Turkish provider out there you could recommend to me? thanks.

  • Thank you
    Pricing is great, hardware too. Is there any YABS by any chance?

  • I just found YABS from Rabisu. Sadly the Upload speed is very slow.

    @Rabisu

    Stay away from this provider,
    My vps have been suspended without notification, so i opened ticket to ask the reason.

    Somehow, my website got injected and did port scanning, i asked to unsuspended for few minutes for data retrieval but denied so asked to force reinstall as long as they willing to unsuspend then they dont answer till ticket closed. They wont cooperate if you are in trouble.

    That's insane. I didn't know all this and was chatting to their sales today about the inconsistencies on their website. I nearly pulled off buying a 2 year x 2 VPS from them and they don't even mention they are deadpooling.

    Turkey remains a big challenge. I may have to go back to Hostiger, if there is no better alternative.

    We need to create a deadpool awareness month to remind LET users

    Yeah, its an exotic location and super unstable from what I've seen, maybe greece is close enough and more stable?

    I don't believe that a screenshot taken out of context can in any way prove whether someone is lying or not.

    Just don't buy from those based in and operate out of Turkey. These scammers make most of their buck in popular hosting forums in Turkey (such as r10.net) where a customer with an account there can easily get them booted and knocked out should things get hairy. They wouldn't risk getting banned there, so they instead resort to and take advantage of places like LET just to scam people to their bones and get away with whatever they made after a couple days of throwing nonsense (e.g. posting walls of text with interesting wording in defense) at people calling them out.

    Batucloud was terminated due to non payment, the screenshot you’re referring to, were referring to one of how subnets being null-routed due to a 100Gbps+ DDoS attack against his network, which he refused to pay for DDoS protection for

    (Given his bandwidth draw, it worked out cheaper to get nonstandard, unmitigated transit from Cosmic as opposed to standard transit that is protected) - this was against our reccomendation

  • Glad I only had it for 1 month and didn’t renew my server with them.

  • I'm flooded with BatuCloud ads on Facebook. Seem to be alive and kicking!

  • Hello dear forum members;

    I'm sorry for tagging you. I just joined the forum and we would like you to know that we have inherited a wreck.

    We will explain the process to you with all transparency. Yes, this statement was late, but after 11 months, some transactions took place and order was established.

    First of all, I would like to talk about ourselves;
    As Hosting Türkiye, we are one of the leading companies in the sector providing national server, hosting and domain name services in Turkey.
    We work with our own equipment and our own structure.

    In addition to our company, we entered the process of purchasing a few more companies from different countries, and in this process, we first met Kaan Girgin, who uses the name ServersCity and is its manager.
    The turnovers and structures we mentioned were never the turnovers and structures we achieved. For example, if there was a turnover of 10,000 units, we achieved a turnover of 400 units.

    When we talked about the transfer issue, there was no problem and everything was fine. Kaan Girgin was already serving you, you saw the authorized names of our company at the end of this process.
    In fact, for this process, she asked us for a structure for 1000 vps and we provided 6 IPv4 / 24 blocks and purchased 25 devices.

    Since we never agreed to work in a rented building, we were getting all the equipment from different places and only 10 devices were missing.

    He sent a message via WhatsApp at 02.33 (GMT+03:00) on December 6.

    Since I was the company manager, he was contacting me directly.

    I returned at 06.27 (GMT+03:00). He said the servers were down and the disks were corrupted.
    I asked him if he was using backup in such a structure and he said there was a problem with that too. We do such a job in Turkey and although we have devices that back up the backup, we have not experienced any data loss so far and the situation has become very abnormal.
    The announcement of our 2 IP blocks was not completed and we contacted our contacts at the ISP companies in Turkey and made the announcement immediately.

    During this period, we managed the process with our own team of only 4 people, we were not given any panel or any information. Believe me, if the unpaid invoice situation had reached us, paying the debt would be so important to us.
    We would make direct payments and carry out controlled transportation.

    Afterwards, there were constant problems in our communication with Kaan Girgin, he left us a complete wreck and left. We agreed with and recruited 4 more personnel to avoid disruption in all our companies.

    Additionally, @Hypere can confirm that this panel information was not provided to us or an invoice was not issued to our company. My name has never been logged in through my IP addresses.

    Anyway, it gave us this wreck, we worked 24 hours a day, 5 days a week, without sleep, in our office, and eventually we activated the machines, but this time the stock was a problem, so we immediately purchased new machines and created stock for our new customers.

    We are very sorry on behalf of Batu Cloud that such a situation occurred. We are sure that it is not yet possible to compensate for this and it cannot be compensated. We caused problems for many of our valuable users. Even if it is because of the old manager, it is our shame.

    But now we have strengthened our structure more than you can imagine. If you have a problem, rest assured that we have 8 staff waiting to contact you and help you.

    We have strengthened our servers and have now completed many operations. We are happy about this, but at the same time we are sad.

    If our customers who have problems because of us contact us, we will compensate them according to their services and win them over again. You can trust us.
    We now provide service in a completely secure structure. We will assist all our customers with losses. Please understand. Additionally, if anyone does not believe the situation and the official requests, I can send screenshots of the former manager.

    We will be very happy to work with you again. We value your words.

    Thank you for reading this far,

    Best regards.
