Yeah, your estimates are close...maybe a bit light on the chassis, more like 100lbs.
you could get it to the 7th floor with a friend...or 2

I can squat 185lb no problem, but the chassis is bulkier than the barbell.
The last chassis @LukeRhino sold us, I had to pull out all the blades, rack the empty chassis, and re-insert the blades.
