Folks, i think we need to set some expectations…
I think this is a small operation happening here. Support is decent, not super fast like a massive corporation, but fair.
My setup was not even given a 10gig nic in the first instance. Every time i have needed a fix, they had to wipe the whole VPS. Even to switch out the 1gig to 10 gig nic, they asked if it was ok to wipe the whole VPS…
I declined the switch but im keeping the server. Why?
