I am quite unsure what exactly Fraud score you are referring to, but according to this website, our KVM VPS have 0 fraud score as well.
Probably the Range his VPS was in, was already blacklisted
If you can't afford a res proxy, you might want to look into datacenter or v6 proxies. Unless you're surfing on the gibubs, IPv6 should work fine.

According to Scamalytics, Virtono SG has 100 fraud score, Virtono AU has score 0, lol.
Mzungu Hosting is Fraud Score: 0
but if you go there, their fraud score will go up.
