which VPS hosting has low Fraud score ?

I tried to use VPS to collect information from many websites(TOP 100,000) for analysis. I hope VPS has a lower risk Fraud score .
I know that home residence ip is better, but it is too expensive.

I am quite unsure what exactly Fraud score you are referring to, but according to this website, our KVM VPS have 0 fraud score as well.

Probably the Range his VPS was in, was already blacklisted

If you can't afford a res proxy, you might want to look into datacenter or v6 proxies. Unless you're surfing on the gibubs, IPv6 should work fine.
