Depends on use and if you want commercial support or free software with community support. We are testing our new cloud network at the moment and have chosen enhance for it, for reasons not yet mentioned here. We will be actively selling hosting though in a commercial environment.
Issue was CPU.

I personally have tried all mentioned in this thread and ended up with Enhance for prod and CloudPanel for redundancy.
RunCloud, Ploi and ServerAvatar scare me with the level of control they have....
I also have concerns with ServerAvatar as well, recently purchased their entry level CP on BF promo to test it out. Probably will give it a try on my idle VirMach or RN nodes
I have had servers with Runcloud since 2019. Currently have about 20 servers / 50 WordPress client sites hosted with my Runcloud servers. Highly recommend. Of course, you need a stable server provider (I currently use Hetzner cloud for 90% of my servers) to pair it with, but the product (Runcloud) is just so stable at this point that I don't worry about my sites. I'm on the $15/month plan, and it works very well for my needs. Occasionally, I'll come up against something where the higher plan would be nice, but that doesn't happen very often, and it hasn't made me want to spend the extra $$ enough to do the upgrade.
Previous to RunCloud, I used Cloudways, Serverpilot, and maybe a couple other solutions. Runcloud has been great for me, and has been far better than anything else I've used. I have no hesitation recommending it for anyone for whom it fits their workflow.

Finalised Enhance till now if I go paid . It's only $5 per month while starting (upto around 30 sites) , and also support email/litespeed/backup out of the box. Most importantly, it has Wordpress toolkit to manage my wordpress sites.
Since 99% of sites will be WordPress ,I have to also look for something to manage all wordpress sites in one dashboard. Enhance can supposedly do that.
For WP management, I am also looking at InstaWP and WP-Umbrella, both of which look good.

Trying to setup pcloud now. But I saw it was mainly for high-end solution.

Probably won’t do a micro review, but for us there are a couple of brilliant carrots with enhance.
Customer website (s) start spiking and get popular, they really need a VPs but client doesn’t want to a) manage a server or b) have to migrate and have downtime for clients. In this scenario we spin up a VPs and add it to our enhance cloud. We seamlessly migrate that clients sites to that one server and assign it in enhance to that client.
Client has seemlessly migrated with no downtime and continues to log in to the control panel in exactly the same way with no change.
Another option, we decide to expand into a new location. We spin up servers in that location and add it to enhance. We add those servers to a specific group. We can then seemlessly onboard customers using the same packages (or new), and continue to manage in the same way
