Hello @donb, to see our current offering in our new Indian datacenter, you can visit: https://www.ovhcloud.com/asia/lp/india-datacenter/
thank you
Hello @bigbug, could you please double confirm the order number or if you are using our US portal, please contact our US based support team directly from your control panel.
These servers are selling very fast, SYS-LE-1 and RISE-LE-3 are also now not out of stock.
Few more hours to go with the cybermonday offer (extra 10 or 15% off recurring!)
It will end this tuesday at 8PM Singapore time (Tuesday 12pm GMT)

Hello, Is there a way to get in touch with customer support for a refund? I ordered a rise 1 in Singapore and have had a change of mind. Can you please help?
Sorry to "bother" again. Is there any way to get any kind of support anywhere please? ( apart from the automated online stuff and the "callback" option)
Any help would be much appreciated
Hello @dumbomir , you would need to create a support ticket from your control panel and request for refund. Any issue with the RISE-1 in SGP datacenter? or found another deal? I'm curious since this is the lowest price ever seen in Singapore for a Intel Xeon-E 2136 - 6 cores.
If you are an EU resident, you apply the right of withdrawal. I don't know it's work in Asia... In EU button not available in control panel, open a ticket to billing dep.
@OVH_APAC (or others!) I have an old SYS server, and that server uses the SYS dashboard (example at https://eu.soyoustart.com/manager/?lang=en_GB#/login).
I now ordered the SYS-LE-3, and this server seems to use the OVH dashboard.
Both servers are in France, but would this be a problem for migrating the failover IPs between the servers?
Thanks for the response.
Only Dedis? No VPSes currently?
It is avesome that CYB10 code gives an extra 10% of SYS-LE-1 between 27 and 28 Nov but server not available since the weekend...
Hi, purchased one KS-5 annual commitment with monthly payment. will the price remain $20.08/month next year/renewal? Thank you.
We are planning to launch VPS in the Indian datacenter next year, for now only dedicated servers indeed.
Yes all discount % on Baremetal servers are recurring for as long as you keep your server.

There will be no restocking on sold out references, but still plenty of options
Hello @ManofServer , I suggest your contact our support team to confirm if this is possible (please open a ticket via your OVH control panel and advise your 2 customer numbers/email id).
I made an order on 24/11/2023. Not activated till now. No answer for the support ticket.

I have order on 25/11, but ovh refund for out of stock today
Hello @meteon , could you advise your support ticket number?
Wrote to you in messages

Regarding the Public Cloud credit of 400 euro, does it cover all costs up until it's expiry date, even if the next billing date is after the credit expiry date???
Obviously as long as the cost is below 400.
My credit will run out December the 24th and my next billing date is 1st Jan 24, so will the credit cover up till the 24th December???
Hello @Tingull , the Public Cloud credit works for all the public cloud services listed here:
https://www.ovhcloud.com/asia/public-cloud/prices/ or here in euros: https://www.ovhcloud.com/en-ie/public-cloud/prices/
All these services are pay-as-you-go and you can monitor your consumption within your public cloud project (in the public cloud section of your control panel).
Hope this helps. Feel free if you have any other question
I asked a simple enough question, why is i get a vanilla answer instead of you just answering what i asked. I knew all the details you said already, i ask because i don't want to end up with a big bill on Jan 1st thinking the credit covered it till the 24th December.
Plus i asked this same question on the ovhcloud site under support days ago and no answer either.
For the black Friday I wanted to get those 1$ servers for a year, but you didn't have crypto payments and I couldn't. Is there a way you can help me get it?
$1 man, 100 cents!
