Actually would rather not say in too much depth, other than it's a mobile app, with a back-end (which is fairly light-weight), and a couple of planned autonomous systems that will do quite a lot of data crunching based on things the user does to give them more things to do. That sounds vague, but only because I'm trying not to even mention the application domain!
I watched an interesting talk a year or so back, one of the key messages is that the more you talk about your ambitions and plans to others rather than just getting on with implementing those plans, the less likely it is to happen. Basically, every time you explain your idea to someone as they respond positively, you get a small dopamine hit. That can be great occasionally for motivation, but if it becomes habitual, it soon turns into only talking about your ideas rather than doing them because it's easier and more pleasurable to get people's validation than just doing the hard work to get it done.
