emm, 103.114.163.0/24 is currently experiencing an outage. and the range 205.234.146.0/24 also gone down.

IPV4 should be online, they have reverted back to old setup again as the new setup was not working and was taking too long.
IPV6 will be fixed shortly
But I still won't say it's all fixed untill it works stable for another few hours

They have upgraded the router, so now network performance should be much better
Sorry about all the trouble you all had, but now ipv4 + ipv6 all fixed
Again only SLC2 location was affected, no other location was affected

I've warned them, in future there should be no such short notice maintenance unless it's a real emergency else I may need to migrate all my servers to LimeStone in SLC, we already have few servers over there the SLC1 Location, even they did not thought it would lead to such a mess
