I don't have exact time, waiting for Datacentre Techs to update me, but should not take long as the IPMI network already came online, but our VLAN is still offline
I hate this, when expected downtime was just of few minutes, but it's taking much longer then what Datacentre conveyed to us

Yes I'm already on call with Datacentre, they are having trouble with BGP/IP announcement working on that
Hi, the client portal is offline too... Maybe try to migrate the host of client portal to another node first?
Client portal is not in SLC, it is outside our network, there are too many users trying to login and reboot their VPS, but VPS Panel won't respond to client portal as nodes are down in SLC2
So it's saturating it and times outs etc...

In fact it's about to get online, one of the /24 did came online for few minutes, they are fixing it now, probably found the problem, just need to apply it on all our IP blocks
103.114.162.0/24 is fixed, now they are working on remaining IP ranges, so everything should be online shortly ... might take a few minutes till carriers accept the IP, but won't take long
103.114.163.0/24 is also online, working in remaining blocks now
205.234.146.0/24 is also online now
All remaining IPv4 IP Are also online, all VM should be online now, let me know if you face issues
IPV6 is still being worked, probably another few minutes

I have been using your services for several months, but the recent frequent outages appear to originate exclusively from your side. this pattern has prompted concerns regarding the future reliability of your services. for comparison, throughout my several years of experience with Hetzner's servers, I have not faced similar issues.

I understand your concern, we are providing services accross 7 locations, only this 1 location had problem and that too just in past few days not even a month
Though in July/august the problem was caused by Dedipath and we and just one more provider who actually migrated out of Dedipath just before Dedipath suddenly shutdown their doors that itself proves the reliability ... even in the SLC2 location there was one power outage, but that too has been fixed by Datacentre and this network issue should be fixed as well today itself
Never had any such issues in our 6 other locations
