"Reverse IP" aren't really accurate in any way. I've yet to find a site that lists more than 60% of domains on a server. And quite often also contains super stale information.

yeah, but when you gather information from 4-5 different sources, you can complie into a big list which can be like 75% of the domains. Ofcourse domains using Cloudflare nameservers, or other reverse proxy will be never shown in this list. But you get a general idea, how many sites are hosted on it, whether only 3 or 4, or 300, or 800
