Cry about it, refunds take ages and you have been told multiple times it can take 2 weeks (if not more).

    5-10 days business days

If it has been more than 10 business days and you still haven't gotten the refund contact your bank @Skju

Assuming he uses stripe, that's according to their docs

Did mommy finally get you a debit card? Get used to it. Digital refunds are slow as fuck, and international card refunds via various payment gateways and banks are even slower. Why? Because they are manually batch cleared by operator in each step, and changes at each step take up to 1 bank day to show towards the next step.

Why is it like this? Cause the PSP (Payment service provider) does not make any cut when processing card refunds, and too many of those will get them banned or declared as "high risk" by banks/card companies/government entities, which in turn limits the areas where they can operate business in. The solution? clear them in batches over the various days. 500 refunds in one day looks worse than 500 refunds over one week when you process less than 100 per day.

In short you are causing them annoyance via your shit transactions which you want them to cancel, so expect them to fuck over you as well and slow it down to extremes to make you more unlikely to do it every day. Your provider can't affect this.

If you want instant refunds, use credit card via Paypal.

Our records show (via ARN) that this refund hit the client on the 16/10, It would have been nice for the client to confirm this, oh well.
