My unethical behavior towards Hypere Cloud
I am recently scammed by this hypere cloud . Got attracted by his above offer. Before ordering I asked the support how much time it takes for Activation and they told it is immediate. After order i wai waited for 4-5 hrs no order is received. When I asked them again they told the credentials are send over email but their are no credentials received in my mailbox. They I asked for refund they agreed but no confirmation email of refund and even in dashboard the order is still showing pending. The chat support is saying the order is refunded but not giving any proof. Admin kindly help if you can in this matter in getting my money back from this scammer

I don't know if that's a scamming thing, I recently had almost the same issue with a different provider. I wasn't able to receive any mail from them because my mail provider had them blocked and I didn't know that, I added them to my safe senders list. Then the provider provided me with my credentials I never received the first time. Easy fix.
I don't know if it's the same problem as mine, but it sounds like it.

Your payment was refunded in full close to a hour ago, your complaint that your service still shows as pending is irrelevant, service delivery and payments are separate systems.
As confirmed to you, over multiple messages, we’ve already refunded your payment, this is reflected in your invoice. We sadly do not control processing times of our payment processors.
Your service was activated hours ago, you cancelled because you ‘found a better deal’, which whilst isn’t something we usually offer refunds to, you threatened to complain about us here.
Ultimately we’d liken your attitude to extortion, however you were refunded either way, as we’re not looking for clients such as yourselves. Your refund has been issued, there’s not much more we can do from our end unfortunately.

In short, refunds aren’t instant, you paid via card, we refunded via card, stripe advised 5/7 working days, I’d advise you check your bank account over the next few days. Other than this, not much more I can do.
Hopefully this serves as a warning to other providers approached by this customer, that they’re going to be more of a headache than they’re worth.

A lot of hosts seem to have slowed down when it comes to reporting on fraudrecord. We still use it, and will continue using it.
For a provider that offers dedis its a bigger problem, for a vps its a smaller loss. Ah well.

@Hypere Hello! It’s been two weeks without access to a VPS I have purchased twice now. After the first week and minimal communication you stated you would just refund me as you believed I was frustrated with the service, and I was, however I was never given my service to begin with!
So you told me I could repurchase it and that activations were happening same day. I did that, and that was about a week ago now. No updates have been given when I’ve asked through my ticket, just in limbo. I would like an update since you are replying here but not to my ticket.

Hi hypere there are no traces of refund until now , can you still prove your innocence. no payment gateway takes so long to refund. it's now getting clear how you are scamming
Usually it takes 2 weeks time for the gateway to process the refund. If the payments are processed through gateways like stripe, once the refund is initiated, owner has no control over the process.

+1 for hypere cloud . the support are so kind even with my own lag issues they were kind . now i want to come back only issues is that paypal is not accepted . i wish i could pay using paypal. earlier i paid throught card but since i have to renew every month paypal is reliable for me.

Cry about it, refunds take ages and you have been told multiple times it can take 2 weeks (if not more).
