Sorry for the delay in replying. Had a super busy work week
I raised a ticket and the folks spun up another VPS. This one seemed to at least let me get closer. The old one felt like it was not external facing.
The new one gets me to the point i can enter a password but looks like im not using the correct one. I tried to “change password” in Virtualizor but it still did not like it.
I removed the SSH key from the VPS to try to at least connect with a password… but still not luck
my vps Status is Offline

Stay away from these guys. I've been trying to get them to fix an intermittent packet loss issue (SSH connection drops every 20 minutes of so) for over a week now and support is not only slow to respond, but haven't made a single bit of progress, and it's totally unusable this morning.
Further, they're ignoring my requests to cancel the service and refund within the money back guarantee period.

Hi, we've been working on this isolated issue on your VM. I am sorry you feel this way. You can always request a cancellation within 2 weeks of the order date, not after that date.
