Recently My server was down for 100hours due to cloudflare forwarded fake dmca to my provider @HostSlick upstream worldstream. He replied me once atleast 24hrs later. Still i am happy that he co-operate with me in good way. Since its a LowEndWorld, You have to accept such slow response & use to it, @NDTN or someone like @Francisco is exceptional with super service & support which you can't expect from everyone here.

Calin's definitely unique among the hosts here but there isn't a single provider here that hustles servers harder than that guy. May not be the most high end or production-ready service, but it's cheap and he does get things up and running again. Dude's making it happen for himself in sweat equity and I totally respect that.
