ihostart didn't scam me. i was just impatient.

So yesterday i have order a VPS on iHostArt, before order and paid the invoice my VPS is pending (cause maybe they hate automation)
so 8 hour later they Actived my VPS and send me the VPS access in Support Ticket (No Control Panel, i see their website VPS control Panel is nothing work anymore, even VM's domain unreachable)

so i told him how can i manage the VPS, he never replied, when i said him i'll dispute the payment, he gave me the VPS control panel access, so i have logged in the VPS, and simply rebuild the VPS, since rebuild the VPS I can't able to logged in via Putty, Or BitVise, then i just Ping the IP and output is Time Out.
i have contacted them many times they not replied since now.

I want the solution, he fix it or refund the money.

Just do this then, doesn't seem to be worth your time with the provider if you believe they are scamming you.

i'm currently using ultahost, they suspend my server two times, so i just want a vps and run my all site, but it wasted my time.
you know if site is offline i'll lost my traffic.
