Now then, this has been over a month now. How did they handle the refund process and deploying replacement services to customers affected? Anyone still waiting for a refund? According to discord, quite a few are still waiting.

Won't speak for anyone else, but I was able to get a refund within a week of opening a ticket. No issues for me.

Just another reason i don't choose man-in-the-middle hosts for production data.

    "ISO's" is production data? :D

  • I got a replacement server plus credit. Took about a week of back and forth but that was because there is a large timezone difference and I don't have access to a phone or computer at work.

It was a toy and remains a toy so no real complaints. I have it chewing through a Usenet block
