bug for me
Another totally sus issue.Better not order anything.
Meh, for this price you might as well, also the owner respondes so does not look bad
im kind of a dick for picking issues, but i believe a software/hardware company should have A-class software hardware
the website loads bit slow even tho it's routed thru cloudflare... (weird?) i tried other websites and they load faster... unsure on this one
can't test hardware (yet?), so can only look at software (website meh) and owner responses (so far so good).
edit, no provider is perfect, i can pick on my golden standards as well (and i do when they mess up)

We don't really care about information entered while ordering, though I do recommend a working e-mail (people miss invoice/update notices otherwise). Other PII might be useful if you had to recover an account, but I completely understand (and support) some users not wanting to give that away for a low end VPS.
Specific to the former customer already mentioned: user became upset when he realized his IPv6 only VM didn't have an IPv4 included. His next reply was along the lines of: "Give me an IPv4 or I will chargeback". Whether he meant to attempt to blackmail or was just a poorly translated way of giving us the option to choose to give him an IPv4 or refund him, he was refunded and we parted ways.
Aside from him, the only other ones who we've also parted ways with are users that initiated PayPal disputes/chargebacks because the yearly special VM wasn't delivered immediately. A number of people have asked to upgrade to add IPv4 after the fact and have been processed, no issues at all there.
Where was your detective work on Dedipath?
Looks like link for non-logged in goes to the old network status page which we'll have to update that. Mostly trying to funnel everyone through our main website and not WHMCS as I have a hunch an upgrade/change to WHMCS is inbound in the future. Though if a 404 is criteria for sus, we're probably going to be guilty forever as product stacks change, new specific-product information pages roll out, etc. I already know the network status page for logged in customers will soon redirect to a specific listing that mirrors our internal status (and operations) for all individual VM nodes so there will be a lot more detail.
Other than that, only thing I politely ask is keep it to Crunchbits being 'sus' or related to the thread and don't start attacking other users in this thread.

not trying to attack your company or other people, just pointing out weird errors/bugs/suspicious things i find. whatever it is, whichever company it is. not a personal thing
