The thread becoming popular these days, some hostloc users are crusading against you. Your reputation is being stained.
The OP charges 3 accuses here:
(1) He bought a $22 VPS with IPv4, not the IPv6 only VPS as you said. It's your system fault not add IPv4 for him.
(2) You didn't refund him.
(3) You abuse words targeting him.

I have set the IPs displayed in
Control Panel > Network > IPv6, but is there something missing?For Debian Installer it worked fine with the same IPs.

It's possible that the official Windows image on crunchbits lacks drivers. You can try to

He was refunded, and is not welcome on our platform. I won't allow abusive nature/blackmail threats no matter how much money is being spent. I've already wasted enough time on this and customers like that. Since I know someone will share it: tell him to go find another host. Surely you can easily do that if you're not already banned from everywhere else.
Of course I am at a disadvantage here because I will not ever post fully private transactional details out of a commitment to privacy (no matter what he may call me).
However, I checked to confirm (he paid with Stripe):
Not only do you get an automatic e-mail when a refund is processed, I also personally remember replying to this ticket. Interesting. Sure doesn't look like he paid for IPv4, either. That's all I'm going to say on this, any customers we'd want to have will know who is being honest and forthcoming. There are still plenty of HostLoc/NodeSeek customers with us who are excellent and I am happy to provide services for as long as they need, however I do recommend they clean up their house as the number of users like this one far exceeds anywhere else and are likely to cause them headaches and to miss out on stuff in the future (not just from us).
