It's a valid concern. They'll probably be available in a few months, too. No rush. If it helps you and anyone else reading to understand pricing/how specific to us:

We have a lot of E5 v4 equipment that we have virtually fully deprecated out of our stack for active products (custom dedicated services notwithstanding).

Our (relative to traditional hosting) large power commits for the core business of GPU/HPC present a somewhat unique situation: we end up with 'trapped but unused' power and available rack space. Some of our circuits are already being covered by our existing stack but don't have enough free wattage with overhead to add another 2-4kW GPU/HPC rig. Combine that with already available hardware and infrastructure and we're able to offer these yearlys at a price point that is extremely attractive but still profitable to us. Even without riding on the GPU/HPC rig stack, they'd be profitable (but not ideal).

There are some other economy of scale/hand-me-down from last gen GPU rigs also contributing to this on the hardware side, but hopefully that gives some insight.

We've also been in business prior to 2022, that was just when I decided to make a business account here and start offering some LE-targeted plans.
