    No, there is a backups tab separately for other plans. I think it will be added soon.

    Correct--though I know some early plans got missed during the Superbowl shuffle. If you are missing it, just shoot a ticket and we'll get around to ensuring you have the plan enabled. The majority should already have it, though.

    However, the ticket was closed directly, and the problem still exists

    @pioneer The issue will get addressed. The backup feature is not holding your vps from being down or unusable.
