In celebration of raindog308's 20K thread, I said we'd have a sale. Well, after conducting a healthy amount of cyber-stalking here on LET I knew it was meant to be.

raindog308's first thread/post (that is still visible) on LET is asking about the current record holder for cheapest VPS. Ironic.

After reading further, I had to pause and get my tinfoil hat:

Anyways, the cheapest raindog308 claims he's seen is $10 per year and once we put that into an inflation calculator we get: $13.61. @sh97 made me add 8 cents for a total of $13.69. The best part is that the original deal was for a 128MB OpenVZ VPS with 5GB of storage and 250GB of monthly data transfer. Lucky for you, hardware inflation has outpaced dollar inflation so for $13.69 per year you can get:

There are no strings attached, these aren't second class products where you cannot contact support, and you're still beholden to the same AUP and TOS as any other product we sell with a few additional restrictions. The caveats:

1. Fair share CPU Usage (if the usage looks like abuse, we will suspend and contact you).
2. No Windows OSes allowed, at all.
3. No customization: what is listed above is what is available.
4. 1 VPS per order to give more people a chance
5. Catch-all rule in case we miss some technicality regarding abuse/gamification: We reserve the right to modify, adjust, or amend in any way necessary to protect infrastructure and existing operations.
