honestly, normal people dont even use more than 1GB for email. I have been using gmail for almost 20 years and barely hit 1GB

Not really. The discount for three years is the same as two years and other plans don't discount for additional years.
It's not that abnormal. Especially for those of us that almost never receive attachments. Emails are tiny, and I compress them too.

@jar Hi, I can't find how to add my new credit card in the client area. How do I do that? Under billing there is no option to add a card after I removed the old one.
Hostbill requires an open invoice to expose the option. I know, not a huge fan of that either.
Do I risk any interruption to the service when the new invoice is out and there is no card on file?

Comparing pricing from 3 years ago to today doesn’t make sense.
3 years ago, a 4 for 4 from Wendy’s used to be $4, not $6.
Rent between 2020 and 2023 could have doubled depending on where you live in the US. Inflation is very real and there’s still supply chain dynamics that haven’t been fixed to a pre-covid state.
Regardless, MXroute at this pricing is still budget.
I still have the 5GB unlimited domain for $5 package since 2018 and will keep it forever even though I barely using it now. btw @jar do you have plan to migrate everyone who still on Cpanel node to directadmin? it must cost you a lot to maintain legacy cpanel node.

I don't normally leave reviews, but if you are on the fence about signing up for MXroute, and you understand what it is (and also what it is not), and you still haven't subscribed, then you are currently missing a crazy good deal. These are the "best of" prices here, folks, time to snag one if you've been waiting.
Now I still wish @jar would consider at least whole-disk encryption, etc., which I've mentioned before, but I know his hands are busy working on a new interface for users, so I'll wait to bug him about that again in a while.
And I will say that given the insanely good prices, I did not expect good customer service too, but I've been surprised to receive exactly that, and I have to give kudos where kudos are due. @jar represents the no-nonsense sweet spot for a good product with good service at a great price for LET users.
