@shuier In some specific location,china latency can be lowered. Depending on your location and ISP, in a Shang Hai China mobile server, we see 80ms(routed to cogent Singapore)
You will not get such latency on Cogent, unless on HE. Cogent is not so friendly in China route, only HE got better route in China.
We have pccwgobal in the blend so we can also route to tokyo.And other than that for outbound we have Datacamp (route to NTT) but only for outbound
