  Second clouvider, however in that budget, you could easily get a 10gbit guaranteed server from Andy10gbit as well, with 100TB traffic, and maybe if you increase your budget by $10, then even 300TB traffic is an option. Check here https://andy10gbit.xyz

  I have had bad experiences with providers that offer 1 port with 10gb and the reality is different

  We do not oversell the bandwidth. You can burst all the way up to 10gbps. We have many clients that do streaming on our 10gbps ports that push 5-8+gbps. Follow link below for our network page that has test files and IPs:

  No. We offered the OP a 100TB monthly data plan on 10gbps. Since the server would have a 10gbps port, it means they would be able to burst up to 10gbps. We do not rate limit our ports or otherwise oversell/restrict.
