    Good mail hosting:

You can buy a mini server such as a server with a offer here, companies such as vServer, server-factory or anything else with little specs such as 2gb ram, 1 core, 5-10GB disk. So with this way you can install you own mail server with some panel such as FastPanel or HestiaCP. These panels are the best for web and mailing. So with FastPanel you can set easily your mail server with your SSLs and DKIM, SPFs, MX records. So you will have a 10/10 mail server, you can test it with online tools like https://www.mail-tester.com.

Later you can create all the inboxes, accounts, and set to forward all mails to a Gmail. All the messages on the server will be deleted after the forwarding so you will have space on server for "ever". You do not need more space on server. So with 10-20€/year you have your own smart mail server and you will use it by Gmail and you can set the SMTP on Gmail for sending with your @doman mail and in Gmail you can set the default sending mail your @domain.com.

Attention, you should go to a VPs provider with no blacklisted IPs and also you should set the rDNS on server and generally needs attention to hostname, spamassistant, DNS Manager (I suggest ever cloudflare).

If you want a cheap alternative you choose the MXRoute, is not very good on uptime but you can do your work. For more safety, privacy, speed, easily create your own mail server.

Additionally, if you choose MXRoute keep in mind the black Friday. They offer the smaller package with 10$/year every black Friday or on any offer day. Is a good offer.

You could also check out https://purelymail.com/. Go to https://purelymail.com/advancedpricing and plug in your values which looks like you should be able to get 8*5=40 GB for under $20.

I haven't had the chance to use MXRoute yet but Purelymail has been working pretty well for me.

I currently use the email system myself. If you are not abusing it, I can also try to share the email service.

For personal Use, Spacemail by spaceship is good.
    I can recommend it.

For reselling, Maybe be a Google Workspace, MS 365 legitimate official reseller.
Or make it your own, use mailbaby or something.

    Be careful about spammers....
no mail provider allow you to spam....

    mxroute or mailchannels.
avoid mailbaby. its too slow and emails are not delivered.

  • I would like reseller but at moment zoho mail seem the best tradeoff price-quality

If you need reseller, maybe have a lookat opensrs? Their panel isn't the best, but I have heard good things about them, and the pricing is pretty reasonable ($0.5/5GB, min 5GB per mailbox)

  • i will check opensrs

Is support level the same as Namecheap?

  • GulfGulf Member

fyi, spacemail / namecheap private mail are just "wrappers" around shared hosting.
nothing special, except you pay for every domain.
you can just buy shared hosting from them and get unlimited domain and more config options.

Space mail is so much better than that IMO. If it's a wrapper for shared hosting it seems to be a pretty above average one.

While it is not a mail hosting only plan, we offer multi-node (and multi location) relay for our webhosting packages in NL.
Should be perfect for regular non-bulk email needs.

  • GulfGulf Member

btw, spacemail has the same terms, they may suspend you anytime, if you experience spam attack (receive too much mail).

    https://www.spaceship.com/legal/spacemail/#n-2-usage-limitations-and-account-provisions

Not suitable for serious production, only like if you run a local barber shop

We may decrease this limit, at our sole discretion, should we suspect abuse and/or by queuing Your email messages internally, or by temporarily rejecting requests to send email through our services. Spaceship may block any message You attempt to submit using our services, for any reason whatsoever, with or without notifying You of such blocking. Under no circumstances will Spaceship be liable to You or any other party for any indirect, special, economic or consequential damages (including without limitation lost profits) arising out of email blocking or queuing.

Much better interfaces and UX the whole way down than cPanel/DA. I would give my left nut to combine my backend with that kind of frontend.

I agree, UI of spaceship is excellent. I've never seen such usability in domain management.
No idea what people they hired, probably, from Ukraine.

But the mail service is not reliable for production.
Ok for small businesses. If spammers added your emails to their database, then will suffer.

  • PetrCZEPetrCZE Member, Host Rep

WEDOS or Websupport.cz could be a good pick if you are looking only for cheap price. They don't have any custom webmail. So you need to use their Roundcube client or IMAP with your own mailclient.
