Does anyone know the emergency contact information for terrahost?

My server hasn't been able to connect for 10 hours, but I've tried everything and haven't been able to contact them!Help!

    I bought my UK server from Sibyl and then merged it with Terrahost.

  • In terms of contact, you got 3 options.
    Discord - probably the fastest, message staff there and explain what's going on
    Panel - first ticket response is usually very quick, if the matter is urgent - they will get it done fast
    Telephone number - no idea, never used this way.

    Maybe, the bad thing is that I have no way to check the status of the server.

    Does the ticket system work? I haven't experienced any incidents with them.

    It didn't work, and there was no one on the emergency line. Probably all the staff were sleeping.
