Does anyone know the emergency contact information for terrahost？

My server hasn't been able to connect for 10 hours, but I've tried everything and haven't been able to contact them！Help！

I bought my UK server from Sibyl and then merged it with Terrahost.

Seems like an issue with your server in particular, their network seems to be working just fine.

In terms of contact, you got 3 options.
Discord - probably the fastest, message staff there and explain what's going on
Panel - first ticket response is usually very quick, if the matter is urgent - they will get it done fast
Telephone number - no idea, never used this way.

Maybe, the bad thing is that I have no way to check the status of the server.

It didn't work, and there was no one on the emergency line. Probably all the staff were sleeping.
