For dedicated server, I've been using TurnkeyInternet.net for over 15 years. Great service and almost 100% uptime. This is my second server with them after I terminated the previous one cause it was getting too old. 24/7 support and replies within 15 mins every time. If hardware failure, replacement within the same hour with similar or upgraded hardware. I only had 1 drive failure with them though...
