It can work monthly and annually, but I think you get a bigger discount if you pay for 1 year.
50% is a good discount but with 180e/y is unfortunately too much for me.

Yes, Windows is supported, but we do not offer licenses, so you'll need to activate it yourself. We also have a Windows 2016 Evaluation template, which means it's a trial for 180 days.
